Question : my 8 year old daughter developed a rash few days ago.. no fever or itching attached picture tell me what it could be pls. on chest area back abdomin. ty

The image looks like pimples or acne which can occur on the body and face.
I would.suggest my patients clindamycin ointment locally for a week to see if it settles.
Ensure frequent wash with soap and water to help in settling the rash.
