Question : hi months ago developed poison ivy like rash on both elbows and forearms knees later used normal cal dry ect. lotions held it down but kept reacouring went to doc she gave me a shot and prscrip. anti. biotics and predezone cleared up in 10 days 2 wks. started recouring gradually 1 more rd of same meds. still came back doc told me to see dermatolligist tried but was told 3 wks wait said the hell with it been using proxide an rubbing alcohol my age 71 my spleen was removed 3 yrs. ago

From the description ,it looks like you have developed some kind of an eczematous skin rash. But I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition before we can be sure of the diagnosis. Also please tell since when you have this problem now .
What all are you applying over it other than alcohol and peroxide. Any oil or creams?
Is there any associated itching or pain?
Which all areas of body are involved ?
