Brief Answer:
Medication followed by prevention is best

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to this site!

I have noted your concerns.

In the initial stage of the rash, it is best to expose the area to ventilation and keep the part dry by washing with plain water and air blowing the area.

Use of a an antifungal cream combined with mild steroid like Hydrocortisone twice a dy and an antilallergic like Levocetirizine 5 mg a day helped most patients of mine.

For preventing recurrences, one needs to attend to following measures like:

1 Proper ventilation
2 weight control
3 Having blood sugar in normal range
4 light clothing
5 avoidance of chemicals like perfumes/deo
6 Frequent drying up of sweat
7 Postural changes to prevent friction of opposing skin areas.

I am sure you will get well soon by paying attention to the suggested areas.

Our best wishes!
