Question : i have rash on my neck that when i put cortisone cream on it, it leaves a dark mark then moves to another area on my neck

Hello. This sounds like tinea corporis, a fungal skin infection, and coritisone cream can actually make it worse.

You can try Lamisil cream three times a day for a week, but if that isn't effective you'll need either prescription ketoconazole cream or oral Diflucan.
