Brief Answer:
Start the following medication. Get a swab sent for C/S.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Upload a few close up images. It will help me understand the rash and tongue lesions.

2. Otherwise, it is better to get her examined.

3. An anti-allergic (such as cetrizine 10 mg or fexofenadine 120 mg once a day), a local ointment (such as Dologel CT), multivitamins, anti reflux medication (such as rabeprazole 20 mg twice a day) should suffice to settle this down.

4. Since there is a history of recent infection, a swab from the tongue lesions should be sent for culture & sensitivity. (C/S).

5. Follow up with the C/S report.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
