Question : I have rashes at the side of my pubic area both sides and at the back side also.I am attaching the images of it.What is to be done since it is many days.

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Images
I can see annular / ring like lesions which seem like a fungal infection i.e tinea.
I would suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g tablet terbinafine 250mg (Zimig 250mg tablet) once daily for 2 weeks.
Topically you may use an antifungal lotion e.g luliconazole lotion (Lulifin lotion), twice daily for 2 weeks.
In addition you may take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daly for symptomatic relief from itching.
