Question : I got rashes in uppermost part of thigh region just beneath my private area. I consulted a skin doctor and he advised me with an anti-fungal cream but there is no luck and infact it seems to be spreading.
I am attaching pics of the same.

Brief Answer:
Add oral anifungal as well
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the Images.
It is clearly a fungal infection. Topical antifungals alone may not be sufficient to cure it.
I would also suggest you to take an Oral antifungal e.g Itraconazole (Cap Fixtral 100 mg, 2x daily for 2 weeks).
Topically you may use Lulifin cream, 2x daily for 2 weeks.
Regards
