Brief Answer:
Rash

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
Most rashes in children of this age are harmless. If your child is otherwise well and comfortable, you do not have to do anything. In most cases, the rash will resolve on it's own. It would be wise to review what foods may have been fed in the hours preceding the onset of rash. Sometimes a new food cause this. Additionally, sometime the use of a new soap or detergent for clothes can cause this.
If your baby is uncomfortable, it is likely still not serious. However, it would be a good idea to consult with your doctor.
