                                            Question : Attached is the picture of my 3 month daughter she has a patch on her chest kindly check and give the reason for such patch

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it looks like either naevus depigmentosus or post inflammatory depigmentation.
When did you notice this patch?
Did you notice any rash prior to the appearance of this white patch?
Is it increasing in size?

                                    There was no rash before this patch..as she is growing patch is also growing slightly... What is it and way to apply its whitish patch...

It is naevus depigmentosus most likely.
It is an asymptomatic developmental congenital disease.
It is harmless depigmented macule.
It may appear to increase slightly as the size of your baby increases.
No treatment is required for it. It won't respond to oral and topical medicines.
You can later go for plastic surgery if required for cosmetic reasons.
