Brief Answer:
Could be herpes or insect bite

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

I have seen the pictures that you have attached.
It seems that your child probably has herpes infection or insect bite.
In case of herpes, there is history of contact with a person with herpes infection.
Insect bite lesions are itchy and usually has a black centre surrounded by red erythematous region.

I hope this will help you.
Take care.

I went to a pediatrician today in the evening and he thinks it is not Herpes. He touched them and examined them. Do you think I can go with his observation ? At home none of us are infected me or my wife.

Is there any chance from school from other kids? The Pediatrician said it could be some other viral or bacterial infection and leave it as it is.

Is there anything to worry doctor? does it looks like herpes lesson to you ?

Brief Answer:
It looks like a herpes infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Yes it looks like a herpes infection, but if there is no history of contact from family or school mates, we can safely remove the possibility of herpes.
An opinion of a dermatologist can be taken which will confirm the diagnosis.

Take care.
