Brief Answer:
This is most probably a malar rash; can be associated with a few conditions

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

This is not exactly a stripe or a line, and is more in accordance with a rash on the face; usually called a malar rash.

I would seriously urge you to visit a doctor to get yourself checked as it could be a symptom of a systemic condition which will have to be ruled out.

Would you please take some time out to respond to a few questions of mine:.
+Do you have any of the below listed symptoms:

-Rash on face (observed malar rash)
-Sensitivity to light
-Oral ulcers
-Arthritis (swelling and painful joints)
-All other criteria need to be observed through investigations like ANA bodies, dS DNA or anti-Smith antiboidies, renal involvement, serositis, blood abnormalities, neurological symptoms, etc.

I would strongly urge you to report to a well experienced doctor for an elaborate evaluation and commend you for seeking help for the fixed rash you have noticed.

Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
