Question : have a rash on lower back of right leg does not itch have been putting desonide on it once aday

Hi, welcome to HCM,

Rash on unilateral leg is due to Tinea corporis, most probably.
It is a fungal infection starts as papule and spreads slowly.
Desonide is a low potency steroid and subsides the symptom of tinea, never cures it.

Other differential may be allergic contact dermatitis.
