Question: Hello and good evening. I am 42 married use to be in a somewhat open type marriage but any how I have this rash on my genitals penis to be exact it's raw and red have been to my doctor and other medical facilities and they say it's not an std have had test but sit sure what it is and well I would like to know if anyone has heard of this

You submitted images showing a red raised rash on your penis. This looks like typical atopic dermatitis or allergic reaction to something contacting your penis. This could be detergent, fabric softeners or soaps that you maybe using in your clothes or washing.

I would recommend that you try using a topical steroid creams like hydrocortisone. You can use the cream daily until the rash resolves and then if it comes back usu it every other day to keep it under control.
