Question : I used a chlorophyll based soap and I developed a rash in my arms, hands, and legs. Any over the counter medication I can use to counter this rash?

Brief Answer:
Try cortisone cream and moisturuzer

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for your query.

I am.dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
You may use a moisturizer and a topical Over the counter steroid e.g cortisone cream, 2x daily for a few days. In addition you may take a tablet of Cetrizine 10 mg for symptomatic relief from itching.
Both these are over the counter.
However, cortisone is a very mild steroid, therefore if the does nt improve or gets worse you may require prescription steroids (topical and/ or oral)

Regards
