Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it looks like an allergic or eczematous reaction.
It can be due to anything you have used or applied on your back or due to any drug or food.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily.
This should resolve it.
