I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be some nonspecific dermatitis.
It could be due to the metallic material of the bench or due to friction from the metal.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-8 days.
This should resolve it.
