Brief Answer:
Herpes zoster
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Herpes zoster usually presents as a painful vesicular rash in a stripe like pattern only on one side of the body. It is caused by reactivation of varicella zoster virus.
I suggest you to take an oral antiviral e.g valacyclovir (valcivir) 1gm tablet, thrice daily for a week. In addition you may take a painkiller e.g tablet flexon or combiflam, twice or thrice daily for a week. These are prescription medications and I suggest you to visit a doctor in your vicinity.
Regards
