Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Face With Vomiting

Question: Hi could you please tell me what these spots are on my daughters face she is three. Had coomon cold cough for a week small amout of vomiting last night but eating normal today

Is the rash associated with any itching or burning?

Hi not anywhere else on body but she is very phlemy and she was a bit sick last night

Then it seems to be viral rash most likely.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should resolve it.

Ok thank you. The sickness last night too small vomit would this be due to the bad post nasal drip? Its very thick and green at back of throat
