Question : I have a "rash" on my face in the crease of my nose. I have kept it clean and used Neosporin several times a day. Another spot has appeared. Obviously the ointment isn't working. Any suggestions? I do have an appointment scheduled in 4 weeks (earliest available) with a dermatologist.

Probably you have developed seborrheic dermatitis.
Neosporin won't be helpful.
Can you please upload a photograph of the involved area.
