Question : The lumigan and istalol that I take for glaucoma causes a strong rash on my face, neck, and hands. What can I do to counteract these drugs. It's causing a problem even to work.

Allergic to medication

My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
We have to ensure which medication you are allergic to.To find out method is to use one medicineat a time for about a week.Stop the offending drop and replace it with with a third drop like Brimonidine eye drop.
Allergy with Lumigan is seen by us so I will put that as a likely culprit.I n the meanwhile you can start anti allergic tablet to control allergic symptoms till a final decision is taken about medication.
