Question : I have a rash on my leg. I recently had a cortisone short in both knees. The rash is around my ankle. Is there anything I can put on it, it seems to be spreading.

I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

Cortisone shots do not give skin lesions.
Can you please upload some photos of the rash so I can have a look at it?

It may be an eczema or a fungal infection.
Is it itchy? Painful when you touch it? Does the knee hurt anymore?

Discovered it is definitely a fungal infection. Using a topical cream.
