Question : hi Myself Txxxx, I am 26 years old. Currently I am suffering from Hypothyroid and since a month I am expecting rashes and small pimples on my shoulder and back and I am realising that I am loosing water occasionally in motion no constipation at all. I am wondering what could these small pimples and rashes mean. I see some vanishing after a period of time and coming back again. Am I suffering with Gluten Intolerance? I take Dr XXXXXXX mega 3 capsule 1 capsule a day. cod you please tell me what are these symptoms related to?

Hi and thank you for asking.
You are reporting to have pimples and rush on shoulders.
Please can you make photos and send them to me. It will help me to give you a more accurate opinion.
Otherwise I can say that pimples and rush is highly associated with :
- skin hipersensibility
- skin infection
Yes sometimes gluten intolerance is associated with pimples etc but it is associated with diarrhea primary. This is why I don't think that it is in you case.
I would recommend you to do skin alergy tests to better evaluate if you have hipersensibility.

Sorry for my late.
I review all your photo and I can say :
1. It seem to be related with a skin infection or alergy .
2. With regards to gluten sensitivity , usually the skin signs are located on face an rarely on the body. Diarrhea in cases of gluten sensitivity is chronic and prolongs more than 4 weeks.

Otherwise gastrointestinal viral infection (acute gastroenetritis) may be related with skin signs and issues like in your case.
At your case I recommend to wait a couple of days and if there is no improvement than you should do skin alergy tests.
Meantime I suggest to :
- use plenty of water
- use probiotic
- avoid fatty and sugar foods.
