Question : I am on Coumadin, high blood pressure med., thyroid, . I have fibromyalgia, severe arthritis, gout, and had multiple blood clots in both lungs. Recently I developed a rash on my thigh and I have a lot of pain plus tiredness. I know the pain is due to arthritis and the doctor gave my hydrocodone. The rash and being tired all the time is my main concern.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You have multiple complaints. The fibromyalgia is hard to deal with merely by use of medicines. You need to develop coping mechanisms. I would insist you to visit a psychologist. He would be able to administer cognitive behavioral therapy which will help you to consciously avert the unpleasant sensation of pain.

About the rash, I would insist you to upload an image. It will help me to ascertain the possible cause. Also mention if there is itchiness associated.
