Question : I have this rash on both of my inner thighs.
Only noticed it just now. Any thoughts?
Not allergic to anything

Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and the photo you provided carefully.

I noted the rash. If you just noticed that and it is itchy, then it seems like fungal infection.
Keep good hygiene locally.
Apply terbinafin cream locally. If it's itchy, can also apply bethametasone cream locally.

If no improvement, skin scrapping examination under microscope recommended.
