Also let me know whether you are sexually active?When was you last sexual contact?how long since you have rashes?and does you partner have any genital complaints like itching?discharge?
Do you have any associated symptoms like itching?Pain?Burning?

I have uploaded the photo
Iam having this problem since three days
i am sexuallly active , had sex one week ago.
my partner has no complain of itching etc in her genital
i have no itching,but little pain, No burning.

Hi.

I can see a single, eroded, irregular, red patch on undersurface of prepuce. I would keep a possbility of either Candidal Balanitis or Herpes Genitalis.
Was it preceded by fluid filled lesions or smaller erosions which later on coalesced with each other to form a single large eroded patch?
I request you to kindly upload a few more clearer Images in better illumination so that I am able to visualize the lesion clearly.
