Question : Hi Doctor,
I am getting rashes on hand from wrist to arm. This is especially when i go out in sun, and itches lot. Can you pl help on this.

Hi,

It would be difficult to understand these rashes without examination. But considering the rashes are on the limbs (presume its predominantly on the dorsal surface) and aggravated with sun exposure, it could be related to photosensitivity. I would advise you to use good moisturizer as well as sun screen with SPF above 30 as and when you go out. Keep yourself well covered with full sleeve clothes. If you don't feel better with these changes visit a dermatologist who can prescribe a steroid containing agent.
