Question : Hello,

I woke up with two blisters (one large, one medium) near base of penis that were a little raw. XXXXXXX single male that always has protected anal sex but usually receive oral without condoms. Uncertain of whether blister developed because of non-sexual reason or if this may be an STD. Also had a bump/blister develop on upper thigh the day before for an unknown reason.

It is appearing like in impetigo, a bacterial infection.
it is not a sexually transmitted disease but a common infection.
I treat such cases with the topical anti bacterial cream like mupirocine.
It gives good response within a week.
