Brief Answer:
Sitz bath and painkiller for relief and further examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Read and understood your problem.
To recapitulate: Female / 47 - woke up with rectal ache - as if having a hard stool - felt dizzy, fainting and sweating - barely passed anything - now mild cramps.

May I please know a few details:
-How was the stool consistency, any blood or mucus ?
-Had you anything yesterday in diet that you think could have been casing this ?
-Was this for the first time in life or is a recurrent problem ?
-Any associated or not associated medical problems already suffering from ?

The probable cause of your symptoms could have been :
Proctitis
Impacted hard stool
Rarely rectal polyp or so.

The best way to get a relief and diagnosis is:
Physical examination including per-rectal examination and proctoscopy preferably by a General Surgeon.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
These will help to get a diagnosis and give guideline for further tests and management.

The fainting, dizziness and seating can be due to vaso-vagal shock due to the pains and difficulty in passing bowel movements.

Till then you can have a Sitz bath (sitting in a tub with warm water to give soothing), pass a Laxative suppository in the rectum to facilitate passage of movements.
Laxative should be avoided till the diagnosis is made certain.
May take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen or so if the pain is severe.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications if you feel there is a gap of communication.
