Brief Answer:
Rectal bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your post HCM

I do understand your pain and discomforts

“As” per your clinical history is concerned please let me know few details about your current problem-

1)Do you feel any lump present inside your anus which is pressed painful?

2)Do you have itching and irritation near your anal region?

If you have these problems associated with bleeding then you will need a physical examination by a doctor locally to confirm that it is due to hemorrhoids.if your hemorrhoids produce only mild discomfort.your doctor may suggest over-the-counter creams, ointments, suppositories or pads which contain hydrocortisone. Do not use OTC creams for more than 7-10 days.

You can do few things at home -:

1)Eat high fiber foods like fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Doing so soften the stool and increases its bulk, which will help you avoid the straining that can cause hemorrhoids.

2)Drink more than 8 glasses of water to prevent constipation

3)you can take OTC fiber supplements and you can take at least 40 gm per day.If it doses not help then your doctor can advise you prescription stool softner.

4)Do not strain much all while defalcation

5)Do not suppress your urge, if you wait to pass a bowel movement and the urge goes away, your stool could become dry and be harder to pass.

6)Avoid long periods of sitting on toilet as it may increase pressure on veins in the anus.

7)Make a plan for exercise every day at least 30 minute in the morning and evening

If above conservative method fails to resolve your problem then you will need surgical treatments for which you have to consult with your local treating doctor.

Hope that helps

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your follow up question

As per your answer is concerned you need a physical examination by your local surgeon because internal hemorrhoids are often too soft to be felt and your doctor may also examine the lower portion of your colon and rectum with a sigmoidoscope which allow your doctor to see inside of your anus & rectum. As you are 33 years of age so no chance of any major disorder is suspected except piles.

Try to avoid foods rich in spices.

Hope that helps
