Question : IM LOOKING FOR TOP COLORECTAL MEDICAL ONCOLOGIST TO GIVE ME A SECOND OPPIONED. I BEEN SEEN BY DOCTORS AT M.D XXXXXXX IN XXXXXXX TX. I HAVE A MASS TUMOR IN MY LOWER RECTAL AREA AND THE CANCER MATASSIE IN LIVER[THREE LEGIONS]AND IN THE LUNGS. I WAS TOLD SURGERY WAS NO LONGER A OPTION. MY CANCER IS STAGE 4 AND IN NEED OF A SECOND OPPION. IM LOOKING FOR THE VERY BEST AND EXPERIONS DOCTORS IN COLON CANCER.

It is stage 4 cancer. Surgery is not possible.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have rectal cancer with metastasis in liver and lung so it is stage 4 cancer. Surgery is not possible.

Chemotherapy and radiotherapy can be taken but it is just palliative treatment. Cure is not possible now. Moreover side of chemotherapy and radiotherapy worsen the quality of life.

So in my opinion no treatment should be given. Just give happiness in rest of life.
