I would advise you the following:
High fiber diet.
Avoid all the foods and beverages and stress-like conditions which gives constipation.
Laxative for softening the stool- never allow the dose too much to cause liquid stools.
Sitz bath- very important- just before passing a stool and after passing a stool.
Clean the area very clear of the fecal soiling that remains after cleaning; use cotton soaked in the same water to clean.
You can apply liquid povidone iodine locally. Apply nothing else.
Take Anti-inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
5 day course of an antibiotic on prescription of a local Doctor.
Add probiotics and multivitamins.
Avoid stress and mental tensions at any cost; this is a very important factor.

Sor i have one bad habit is use to chech it very frequently by touching that area with my hand is the pain there and more tension. Will the frequent touching make it more worse .

I have taken softvac 20 ml of powder with a glass of water bigbglass. I also tried duphalac 7.5 ml day before yesterday. Both dint work well. If unadvice some orher tablet is better i would go for that. Pls advice me. I feel because of some mass ie cancer in colon the motion is not coming free. I am more stressfull. Till tuesday i had regular motion and some time 2 times a day. As i took the painkiller ans sizbath totaly it got blocked .

I met a gastro yeaturday he gave me antibiotic like flagil 400 ,norflox400 , econorm and vibact. I had one in ystd afternoon and yst night one. Today also my motion was not free. I think you need a course of an antibiotic and supportive medications and further evaluation depending upon the clinical findings like tests of stool, urine, ultrasonography of the whole abdomen and may be an MRI or so of the pelvis and peri-anal area to see if there is any close cavity infection. Also needed is X-ray of the chest.

Lymphocytes are one one of the components of 5 different types of white cells hence increase in white cells will usually be accompanied by increase in Neutrophils as these are increased in acute cases.

Also give stool for test.

I would get all this lab reports done today. Except chest xray and ultrasound. Can colitues make this elevation. Uti infection can also elicate it. Ystd i had very mild low abd pain and once i went urine itwentvaway.

I feel better now. 2 prib what i have is dont feel constupated but when i good my motion consistency has changed to 1/2 sasuagebtype and i my self make presure to make next poo. Till last weak inwent big stool. Even 15 days back inwent big. One side of mind prick why it changed .

I dint go for scan all. Is it req. after mybold msg i went full thin pencil stool and got strrssed and later i went a very little consistency stool. My mind says due to cancer or sine polyp our stool has become thin and pencil and thin. Will it b like that. Never experianced a pencil stool. Though i dint get pencil immidietly went pencil stool .

No i dont feel any mass. No any other symptoms. Loss of appetite i usaly get when i am stressed. Not able to undersatnd what u menat large enough. My dought is last weak inwent a bowl of banana size and today my 1 bowl was 1 inch and later pensil will that cancer give way for my stool .
