Question : I have a sore that wont go away that is below my eye and close to my nose. it is scabby.

Without seeing it, it is hard to know exactly what it is, can you send a picture? Also, how long have you had it?
When there are bumps or sores that don't go away, it is sometimes a basal cell cancer/lesion. These are a type of skin lesion that have certain features of cancer (they invade tissue) but they don't metastasize (spread). These need to be removed so that they don't go deeper.
It could also be a small infection.
I'd advise you to see a dermatologist or if you can't, then your primary doctor.
