I am suggesting homeopathic medicine for bone heaĺth constipation
You may start with
1 calcarea phos 6x 4 pills twice in a day
2 alumina 30 6 pills twice in a day
3 hydrastis Q 10 dropa with half cup of water once in a day

Take calcarea phos for 2 month and alumina, hydrastis for 1 month and you will be allright.
