Question : I am suffering from wet cough and cold, during evening hours cough is getting severe. I suffer with this every once in 2 month for 2 weeks. I feel like itchy before getting cough.

Since you are getting recurrent cough, it is time that you get tested. Chest x-ray is needed to find the cause and extent of infection or allergy.

Also other related tests will be needed.

Thus I suggest that you see an internal medicine specialist or a pulmonologist.

It may be asthma.

Thus treatment will depend on the cause.
