Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. With dengue NS1 serology for antigen slightly positive, its dengue fever. Treatment is supportive for dehydration and vomiting and close look at bleeding profile and immediate replenishment for any reduced platelets or coagulation profile with fresh frozen plasma. Tylenol for the pain and rest is advised. It shall be over in a week or two. Meanwhile keep a close eye on the symptoms as soon as she develops any sign of hemorrhagic fever like low blood pressure, altered mental status, cool or mottled skin or increased heart rate , she should be immediately shifted to hospital. Also last but not the least, mosquito bite control should be taken care of .
Rets let your doctor decide what is the best way of management here. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
