Brief Answer:
Need some more personal information from you if you do not mind ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Here are a few more questions so I can better understand your situation and help you accordingly:

+Does your husband wear a condom
+Do you and your husband indulge in sufficient amount of foreplay before sexual penetration? If yes, how long does the foreplay last?
+Would you say you are always well lubricated when he penetrates? And at any point during sexual intercourse do you start to dry up?
+Is there any part of the sexual intercourse that you do not like or that causes you to feel less aroused?
+Do you indulge in only vaginal intercourse or even other forms like anal or oral sex? If yes, please share the sequence of events (e.g. oral, then vaginal, then anal)?
+You both seem to be positive the cause is only friction, if so, has this confidence arisen from a serious of STD-panels?

I look forward to hearing from you in order to helping you further.

Best wishes.

No condom. Foreplay can last from 20-45 mins. Always well lubricated, we use waterbased lubricants. I dont generally dry up but the few times i have we use more lubricant. No anal, oral yes. We have had STD tests previously and came out clear. Nothig recently, but we dont have any other sexual partners.

Brief Answer:
Could be an acidic vaginal pH; also please use condoms from hereon

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

Thank you for your kind response.

Based on the information at hand, there seems no serious cause for the friction burns. I am sure you understand the logic behind a burn being caused by friction cannot occur in a well lubricated environment.

So for this to be a friction burn, there needs to be at least a short duration of insufficiently lubricated sexual penetration. I hope you understand the logic behind that.

There could be one other reason for the burns, and that is an extremely acidic vaginal pH, which is why I recommend a check on your vaginal ph. Please do consider this and also requesting your husband to start using a condom to avoid such burns. Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
