Question : Recently I have been taking Fluoxetine and clonazepam 0.5 for panic disorder as per the psychiatrist i have seen. I am taking these medication for 2 months and going to taper the doze. One I started taking these medication the symptoms are no more. However, I have nasal polyps recurred after surgery. And I have to go for another surgery soon. But till then Can I take predinisolone (Wysolone) to shrink the polyps, along with the cureeent medication I am taking.

3. In addition, you can use hypertonic saline nasal washes (such as Nasowash with added steroid. You can mix half a budesonide respule in each nasal wash (200 - 250 ml). This will help shrink the polyps and you may also be able to defer the next surgery.
4. These nasal saline and steroid washes have lesser side effects than high dose oral steroids.

Here we have nasowash solutions with low ml. Therefore mixing with budesonide is going to be difficult.
I am also taking levofloxacin 500 for 5 days for throat infection.
With this anti biotic and the above medication, can i take wysolone orally and what would be the dosage
