Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the description of your symptoms, it could possibly be renal colic. However, an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis along with a urine routine examination can provide more conclusive evidence. Urinary tract infection , urinary tract stones, possible strictures and other causes can be looked for. An x ray of the lumbosacral spine may also be advised subsequently. If there is a stone then then the treatment/management would depend upon the size and location of the stone.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
