Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Panic Attacks While On Zoloft And Klonopin

default
Posted on Thu, 3 Nov 2016
Question: I am on business trip in China. I am 51 years old. I am not feeling too well. Actually, I am little concerned and scared. It appears that I have my panic attacks back. However, I was wondering if huge time change, menopause and prescription and supplements that I am taking may have something to do why I feel the way I feel. I am taking Zoloft, klonopin and now ambien to fall asleep plus 2 supplements 1)amberen to ease down on menopause side-effects and supplement 2)Alli for weight control. I have been taking same drugs in XXXXXXX and have not felt any side effects at all. One thing is the drastic time change and I had a very "assertive-Chinese style" deep-tissue massage on Sunday. I started to feel bad yesterday Monday. Can you advise what could possible been happening.
Thank you in an advance for the prompt help. XXXXXXX

Having said this I feel the time zone change and the so called Chinese type assertive message is likely stressor to stir your mind to bring back the panic symptoms.

In current situation I feel you should do the following

1. Keep yourself hydrated
2. Do deep breathing exercises and
