Question : hello i have this pimple that is coming and going i took medication aldara 5 % cream 1 time for 5 days a week since 4 weeks its very red and not going .

what can it be

It is looking like an ulcer now.
Apply an antibacterial cream like mupirocin twice daily for two weeks.
This should help you.
