Brief Answer:
Highly unlikely that the pain is related to heart .

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I am Dr.Mody and I would be addressing your concern.

I went through the clinical history you have provided and based on the same and your previous consults..

I would like to reassure you that it's highly unlikely that the pain you describe is heart-related.

Why do I say so?

-Cardiac pain would not be localized to just shoulder and is generally will not go on/off.
Most importantly anginal pain doesn't change with shoulder activity.
Also, massages given wrongly are known to cause soreness and pain, particularly after a long session.

Also, you are not someone who is at high risk for heart-related issues.
At 45 years you are well protected by your hormones.

If you don't smoke and have a healthy lifestyle, your risk remains very less (Low-risk category- As per XXXXXXX cardiology society guidelines).

Your recent cardiac screening is normal, So it's highly unlikely that a new event would have caused the description of symptoms you provided.

Hoping I could help.
Let me know if any further clarification is needed.
You may upload the reports for review.

My message was only 30 min but she did go a bit deeper than usual .. I have costochondritid as well as fybro myalgia which causes me pain in shoulders on and off this pain hurts more with movement and sometime have pain on inner upper left arm which I have been told is fybro but I wanted to get an opinion of a cardiologist so this is not likely cardiac pain

Brief Answer:
Based on all information, the pain is highly unlikely to be cardiac pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

The description of pain, your pre-existing diagnosis of fibromyalgia, recent normal cardiac workup, consultation with your doctor who advised X-ray and considering your risk factors, I can safely conclude that it's not likely to be cardiac related pain.

So you can be safely reassured and are free to carry on all your daily activities.

For any future cardiac related queries, I would be happy to assist you. You may consult me through the same forum Of HealthcareMagic .

Wishing you Good XXXXXXX
