Question : HI i had sex with my girl friend and after which i have developed Smegma inside my penis foreskin.I have been applying onabet cream on self medication and results are good.but still get it if i leave it without applying for a day or two.Kindly advise if this is anything serious also advise me the medication.

My question is if this is any kind of yeast infection or any other infection which is causing smegma.

It could be Fungal infection .You need to get it confirmed by Swab test of a discharge from glans penis.
It is likely that your girlfriend has fungal infection .Ask her to get examined by qualified Gynecologist and take necessary treatment.
You need to take anti fungal medication like Fluconazole orally twice daily and topical anti fungal cream like Onabact that you are using .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Ensure to avoid sexual intercourse till it heals up completely.
