Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Stomach Pain

Question: Hi, I'm not feeling too good because of stomach pains.

You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Site of the pain over the stomach gives a clue to the diagnosis.
If pain is present in the right upper quadrant, it could be due to Gall bladder stones.
If it is in the lower abdomen, Appendicitis, Diseases of the Uterus, Ovary has to be excluded.
Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Please get a latest report of Thyroid hormones T3, T4, TSH .
Till investigations, I prescribe anti spasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine twice daily to my patients with similar complaints.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
