Brief Answer:
PLEASE CHECK FOR H.PYLORI IF NOT DONE

Detailed Answer:
HELLO,
WELCOME AND THANKS FOR YOUR QUERY.
I UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN.
MOLD IS NOT A VIRUS, IT IS A FUNGUS.
WAS THE DIAGNOSIS OF VIRAL INFECTION MADE AFTER BLOOD TESTS OR BY SYMPTOMS AND SIGNS ONLY?
IF SHE ALSO HAS ABNORMAL PAIN, IT WOULD BE GOOD TO TEST FOR H.PYLORI, WHICH IS A BACTERIA PRODUCING STOMACH INFLAMMATION AND ULCERATION AND FOUND COMMONLY.
SHE WOULD BE CURED WITH TREATMENT IF THIS IS THE CAUSE OF HER SYMPTOMS.

Brief Answer:
Vomiting and nausea are common symptoms of viral and bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Please upload the blood test results.
Mould is a fungus and not a virus.
Nausea and vomiting are common symptoms of viral and bacterial gastrointestinal infections also so a diagnosis cannot be made solely based on that.
Let me know the treatment given.

Brief Answer:
Bacteria infecting stomach

Detailed Answer:
H.Pylori is a bacteria that causes inflammation and ulceration in the stomach and duodenum.
It can be detected through endoscopy and biopsy or through urea breath test. There is a blood test to detect the antibodies to H.Pylori but it is not as accurate or sensitive as the other two mentioned.
