Question: I suffer recurring cold, headache, sour throat, fever and body pain.. after taking medicine gets relief but again symptom reoccurs. blood report is normal.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be sinusitis secondary to allergic rhinitis.

I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get get detailed ent examination and nasal endoscopy. depending on the examination reports further treatment is required accordingly.

Mean time, do steam inhalation to clear secretions from clogged sinuses, stop consuming freezer products (curd/ice creams).
