Question : Hi he is not listening us.what you think it will be late in November . he has fever every time and vomiting.rashes ,

Well,therapy should be started as soon as possible considering his symptoms. If he has fevers then also site of infection should be found and antibiotic may be required. HIV is serious disease,try to explain him this. Wish you good health. Regards
