Brief Answer:
Consider anemia, medication, blood pressure changes

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

The causes of headache and dizziness can be many, at times difficult to identify, luckily dizziness is often transitory.
Since at your age primary brain lesions are not that likely other factors secondarily affecting the brain must be considered first.
Looking at your past queries describing passing of blood clots one reason to be considered is anemia, which can show all your symptoms of headache, dizziness, hot flush and palpitations. Another common cause could be also alterations in blood pressure.
You are under treatment with several medications which could cause some dizziness by themselves through their action on central nervous system, or through affecting your blood pressure, heart rhythm and other systems.

So if the symptoms persist I recommend you discuss with your doctor having some routine tests like blood count, blood glucose, liver and kidney functions, electrolytes, thyroid function, EKG and blood pressure measurement.

Other causes may be also related to inner ear problems or brain lesions, but I would consider them much less likely in your case.

I hope to have been of help.

Thank you. It may have something to do with the blood pressure last time it was checked it was 132/100 but it has at times gone up to 150/100. I have to go to the doctors on Tuesday for scripts so might get it check out then. Thank you

Thank you

Detailed Answer:
It might be just a passing thing and high blood pressure be related to anxiety. But since it's two measurements it's good that you are getting checked so that your doctor can exam you in person.
