Brief Answer:
Lichen planus

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I have seen the attached picture and it is a typical lesion of lichen planus so you need to start your therapy as soon as possible.
This condition should be treated at the earliest and always taken care of the symptomatology because it can be precancerous.
In case you have any questions about it, I will be glad to answer.

What I put on my lichen plantus on my legs was cream clobetasol propionate up 0.05%. Can I put this on the lesion?

Brief Answer:
No cannot apply same without examination

Detailed Answer:
No dear, clobetasol alone will not be helpful you need to visit your gynecologist and get the adjacent area examined along with lymph node palpation only then take the medicine.
