Question : I have a recurring problem of mouth ulcers. Pictures attached. Currently I am on a fruit and vegetables diet so clearance is optimal. Rest is adequate. Vitamin B12 levels are normal. What could be the reason and how to cure it?

If anemia is excluded, then possible causes include :
- fungal infection (culture of mouth swab is advised to check it further "
- recurring viral infection
- bad tooth ir gum diseases

I have noted the ulcers and I still think to have mouth swab culture done to rule out fungal infection like candida.

Depending on the results, specific treatment will be prescribed.
