Thanks for your query with details of the medications tried.
I studied your query and the details of the health concerns regarding morning convulsions with seizers frequency increasing 3-4 times in a row,lately.
In my opinion,its a case of uncontrolled thyrotoxicosis with convulsions increasing in frequency lately.
Before advising any suggestion on any changes in the plan of drugs-
a-I would suggest you to update me your recent thyroid levels to asses the control of the toxicosis by the current Methimazole dosage.
b-MRI -brain to study any hyper-coagulation complication causing convulsions need to be worked out.
c-Plz update the current thyroid function tests levels for study
d-Since how long you have Thyrotoxicosis ?
I would advise you to update this information ASAP for to fix the cause of the morning seizers increasing lately.
